About Snowfaerie.net: Snowfaerie.net was originally Daisuki-su.net. Daisuki-su was started with my best friend when we were both in High School. Later on
in our early years of College, she decided that she wanted a different domain and Daisuki-su was transferred to me. In April 2005 I decided to change my domain name to
Snowfaerie and started to rebuild the network from the ground up, revamping current sites and planning new ones. I've turned from strictly anime related sites to more professional sites
including a Graphics site and my portfolio.
About My Work: Many things have influenced my work over the past few years. I drew and fooled around with crafts up until I graduated from High School when I decided that I wanted to create art for a living.
I visited the Baltimore Museum of Art for a class and toured the Toulouse-Lautrec exhibition they were hosting. Along side Toulouse's works were those of Alphonse Mucha. His style and details really inspired and awed me.
Along with the art nouveau style, the grungy textures of sponges and paint spatter attracted my attention. Combining these two major influences has led me to create my own unique style of blending the two
into one piece. Textures and text, as well as brushes, are used a lot in my digital works as well as my web designs.
